Features of this machine
1. Use ceramic anilox roller to transfer ink.
2. Discharging is carried out by magnetic powder brake (or optional Japanese Mitsubishi automatic tension controller).
3. Receiving material adopts 7.5KWD variable frequency motor and special frequency converter control
4. Each printing unit adopts 360°circumferential registration adjustment.
5. Each printing unit has a set of infrared drying device.
6. This machine is equipped with independent feeding and rewinding devices, automatic hydraulic feeding and unloading devices, and a reasonable structure design for front discharging and rear discharging.
7. The ink roller can be detached automatically when parking, and run at low speed to prevent the ink from drying out.
8. The main motor adopts imported frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
9. Paper feeding, printing, automatic UV drying and rewinding can be completed in one go
