Product Description
a) This machine adopt high precision linear guide raids for horizontal positioning, the left and right, up and down position of camera is adjustable, use precision screw rod system
b) Advanced magnification zoom lens, high-definition CCD camera, LCD monitor display. (Taiwan Mintong high-definition camera, Taiwan-made lens (Asian Optics), South Korea's Samsung LCD monitor) Two horizontal and two vertical digital cross lines that can be moved separately, convenient for multi-group printing plate cross lines accurate locating.
c) Can individually move the two camera, conveniently and accurate positioning the cross line.
d) The camera can be adjusted in six directions, parallelism can be adjusted, plate mounting accuracy is high, color registration is accurate. The plate alignment adopts pneumatic pressure plate and precision screw fine adjustment, which can accurately move the alignment of the printing plate and the reference line to ensure the same position and accuracy of each plate.
e) The plate focus with micro-adjustment system, so that can accurate moving the plate and correct contrapose the datum line; after mounting, can check the precision directly and assure the plate mounting quality.
f) Motor drive up and down of the printing plate roller.
g) Special pressure plate roller to ensure the tight sealing of printing plate and double side adhesive tape.
h) fast plate mounting, easy operation, greatly improved the working efficiency.
i) Suitable for flexo plate and resin plate printing.
